Shipping

  • Where do you ship?

    We ship everywhere in The United States of America. For an additional charge, we can also ship throughout North America. 

  • How long does an order take to arrive?

    Your order is incredibly important to us. We guarantee that your item will ship the same day or next day. Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders of more than $100. 

  • What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

    We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. Unfortunately, we do not refund orders if they are lost. We acknowledge that there is no guarantee that a lost package will be found but if your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll help locate it for you. 

Returns

  • Do you accept returns?

    We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Every item is carefully described, photographed, and inspected before shipping to ensure accuracy and quality. Because of the unique nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

    We take great care in packaging and accuracy, but if your order arrives damaged or not as described, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue.

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Can I cancel or edit my order after it’s placed?

    Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled, edited, or changed in any way. This helps us process and ship orders quickly, ensuring everyone receives their items as soon as possible. Please review your cart and shipping details carefully before checking out.
